Imprezzo Art Return Policy
We at Imprezzo Art aim to provide you with the highest quality products and services. While we stand behind the Consumer Law requirements for refunds and replacements on Imprezzo Art purchases, there are specific conditions that apply to such requests. Please carefully review our Return Policy guidelines below:
1. Eligibility for Replacement and/or Store Credit:
As our products are made to order, we can only offer a replacement or store credit under the following circumstances:
- Manufacturing Defect: We will provide a replacement for items with manufacturing defects.
- Item Lost in Transit: If your item is lost during transit, we will issue a replacement.
- Shipping Damage: We will replace products damaged during shipping.
- Imprezzo Art Internal IT System Error: In the event of an internal IT system error, we will offer store credit.
- Imprezzo Art Customer Service Error: If an error occurs on our part, we will provide store credit.
- Cancellation of order within 24 hours of initial purchase on imprezzoart.com
2. Timeframe for Replacement and/or Store Credit Requests:
All replacement or store credit requests must be made within 30 days after the delivery date, and they will be processed according to the above-stated rules.
3. Defective Products or Shipping Damage:
While our products are carefully packaged to minimise damage during shipping, if your order arrives with any issues, please email us a photo along with a brief description so that we can review the matter and provide appropriate assistance.
4. Monetary Compensation for Major Problems:
In compliance with Australian Law, we are required to offer monetary refunds only in cases of major problems with the purchased product. A product is considered to have a major problem if:
- It has a problem that, had you known about it, would have deterred you from making the purchase.
- It poses a safety hazard.
- It significantly differs from the provided sample or description.
- It fails to perform the functions the business claimed it would, and the issue cannot be easily fixed.
5. Compensation for Damages and Losses:
As per Australian Consumer Law, you may seek compensation for damages and losses resulting from product problems that could have been reasonably foreseen. This compensation is in addition to the options for replacement or refund.
6. Exclusions from Coverage:
Please note that Imprezzo Art is not liable for damages or losses that:
- Are not a result of our conduct or our products.
- Occur independently after the goods have left our control.
