Imprezzo Art Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Timeframes:
After placing your order, the delivery may take as little as 5 to 10 business days, but please note that delivery times are not guaranteed as we rely on third-party couriers. Depending on postage network congestion and other factors, the delivery time may vary. If you have specific deadlines to meet, please contact our support team to confirm delivery timeframes.

2. Shipping Delays:
Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control. In such cases, we will make every effort to ensure a speedy delivery.

3. Delivery Address Responsibility:
It is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery details while placing your order. If you need to update the delivery address before the order ships, we will do our best to assist you. However, once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. It then becomes your responsibility to ensure receipt of the order or place a new order.If you require a delivery address update and the order has not yet shipped, we will endeavor to make the changes for you. However, once the order has been shipped, address updates are not possible.

4. PO Boxes and Delivery Updates:
Imprezzo Art canvas prints can be delivered to PO Boxes. 

5. Additional Delivery Fee for Incorrect Address:
If the order is returned to us due to a customer error in the delivery address, an additional delivery fee of $20 will be charged to reship the order.

6. Failure to Collect Order from Local Post Office:
In case the order is delivered to a local post office, and you fail to collect it in a timely manner, the order may be returned to the sender. In such instances, you, the customer, are responsible for paying a $20 reshipment fee.

7. Courier-Related Delivery Delays:
Once an order is shipped, we cannot be held liable if delivery is delayed due to actions of the courier. Please note that Canvas Factory does not offer compensation for shipping delays, whether for normal or express shipping.

8. Customs Charges and Fees:
Items destined for certain countries may attract customs charges. As the customer, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for paying these fees. If a delivery fails due to your failure to respond to Customs communications or refusal to pay the applicable charges, we cannot offer any compensation.

9. Oversized Goods Handling Fee:
Orders with items measuring 100cm or larger will be charged an additional fee calculated at checkout. This fee covers the parcel size and weight costs applied by the postal service for handling oversized goods. Please view the checkout for current Oversize shipping fee details.

10. Meeting Deadlines and Liability:
You, the customer, accept that the responsibility for ordering in time to meet any deadlines rests solely with you. Imprezzo Art is not liable for any missed deadlines or lost business due to shipping delays.
